Our client asked us to price for a holiday home package for her property.  She had been letting the barn out, but decided to refurbish after some negative feedback. The property was set on a farm, and we were sympathetic to the surroundings when designing.  Our client also wanted to ensure that the property was suitable for people with disabilities, so this was taken into consideration from the outset.
