Thatched Cottage, VK Interiors Devon

This property had been let out by the owner’s for a number of years before they decided to sell.  They contacted us at VK Interiors to see if we would be able to present the house in a more desirable way, rather than leaving it empty. The house had a few issues – one being the amount of light, the interior seemed dark and dingy.  We staged the house with furniture, accessories, and window dressings to give the feeling of light and space. The Estate Agent received an offer 2 weeks later.
