Byron is a development of 55 stunning
prestige apartments with spectacular views out across Woolacombe Bay. The complex also houses a world class

We were
delighted to be asked to work with Byron Developments, Woolacombe. We were commissioned to fit out their
show apartment. This project
proved to be slightly different from our usual show apartments. We had to design it to work as a
holiday apartment also. So we
needed to make sure the furniture and furnishings used would be suitable if the
apartment was let out. We also
wanted to use unique items, so there would be some talking points when
prospective investors were shown round.
This was achieved by adding the ‘surf board’ table, and the driftwood
balls.
The client
was thrilled with the results and has asked us to offer our furniture packages
to anyone purchasing, so the lettings are all of a high standard. They have also asked us to look at
furnishing the Penthouse for them.
